Director of Culinary
Chef Agung Ardiawan has been with The St. Regis Bali Resort since it opened, prior to which he held senior management positions in various hotels in Bali. As Director of Culinary of The St. Regis Bali Resort, he manages the resort's four award-winning dining venues and its two bars. He changes, reinvents and adds new menus and recipes in response to market changes, recognizing the growing demand for gastronomic excellence. Under his leadership, Gourmand Deli's first full lunch and dinner menu was created with both French and Italian epicurean delights. He also pioneered the extension of Boneka restaurant and established Dulang, an intimate and lavish dining space serving authentic Indonesian restaurant in a lush tropical setting.
