A celebratory six-course degustation menu has been handcrafted by Executive Chef Agung Gede and his exemplary culinary team in celebration of the resort’s 10th anniversary. The exquisite menu includes Kayuputi signatures from over the years, such as Sturia caviar, Argentine Red Shrimp Tartare, Hokkaido Scallop, Sea urchin – Canadian lobster and Kiwami wagyu beef 9+.  Elevate your experience with the finest selection of wines, hand selected by Kayuputi’s sommelier from the award-winning list that has earned Wine Spectator’s Best of Awards of Excellence eight consecutive times.
