Chef de Pastry
Specializing in desserts, Vincent Stopin joined The St. Regis Bali Resort as pastry chef with more than 10 years’ experience in pastry kitchens. Just prior to joining the St. Regis Bali, he was working in Dublin as pastry chef at Chapter One, a one-star Michelin restaurant, and The Merrion, a superb five-star hotel.
Graduating from BEPC College Emile Guillaumin, with professional boulangerie and patisserie courses, he has a strong foundation that has developed into the talented creativity displayed to the full in his range of tantalizing desserts presented to The St. Regis Bali Resort guests
